We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Booth, however, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

Non Receipt of Items

If you have not received your items you must let us know via our online returns system within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately we cannot investigate non-receipt of deliveries after this time has elapsed.

How to Return Goods

To return an item to us for any reason you must arrange your own method of delivery, we will refund up to £10.00 + VAT of the costs incurred by you. This will only be refunded upon the receipt of proof of the carriage costs for valid warranty claims only. You are advised to use a traceable signed for service as non-receipt at the factory will not be refunded/investigated.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items are damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us via our online returns system within 7 days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it is best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs up to a maximum of £10.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 48 hours in which to inform us of the fault via our online returns system. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage costs.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period

If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it is more than 48 hours since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. To claim you will need to return the faulty item to us for assessment, reasonable carriage charges will be refunded once warranty is verified.

If you change your mind

We are a business to business supplier and as such are not governed by the Distance Selling Regulations. If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, you can do so within 7 days at your cost. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under this procedure, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at Booth in good new condition, we'll issue a refund for the product via your original payment method less a handling/restocking fee of 20%.

Equipment Installation

All of our products must be properly installed in order to function as designed by a competent person. It is recommended that Certified Technicians perform the installation. Every effort has been made to provide the customer with installation instructions but a knowledge of the type of equipment being provided is expected.

This warranty does not cover non-performance of units improperly installed or for any issue that is related to your installation. Installation as “Do it yourself type product” or if you hire a friend to help in the installation, is at your own risk; we cannot control nor warranty the item or the cost of installation. Poor quality or sub-standard installations are not covered in warranty and you will be responsible for your/his installation and for correcting an improper installation.
